1. NG Operations & Monitoring
   • Supervision of 25 Nand Ghars (5 Hub Centers and 20 Spoke Centers) per Cluster Supervisor
   • Regular monitoring of education, nutrition, and health services
   • Asset management and maintenance
   • Ensuring drinking water availability
2. Community Engagement
   • Organizing handover ceremonies to ICDS and PRI
   • Implementing rewards program for Anganwadi functionaries
   • Conducting community meetings (PAMs, VHSNCs, Nigrani Samiti)
   • Developing community influencer pools
   • Facilitating home visits
   • Government scheme linkages
3. Partnerships and Collaborations
   • Mobilizing support from government institutions
   • Fostering convergence with health centers and other agencies
   • Developing private sector partnerships
4. Nutrition Program Management
   • Facilitating hot-cooked meals for children aged 3-6 years
   • Monitoring nutrition services and kitchen gardens

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community mobilization and rural development
• Strong track record in managing education and healthcare programs
• Demonstrated ability to work with government stakeholders
• Expertise in monitoring and evaluation
